In this section we review subjects in a general way.  For clarity and especially because people often use words in different ways we repeat the  subjects from  altered perspectives, more or less detailed, more or less grim, and strive for working plain language but not exclude med-speak as that is what you will often  be looking for to find out  what it really means.
